COCA-COLA 1970 Belt Red Plastic Square with Silver Chain

In 1970 RAQUEL WELCH introduced the COCA-COLA new wave logo, “Groovy,” with its advertising tagline, “Love the new look of Coke.” The campaign featured two different magazine ads for Coca-Cola with Raquel Welch modeling the new line of Coca Cola jewelry. Coca Cola advertised the collection using carton stuffers. Among the items Raquel modeled was this Vintage RED PLASTIC SQUARE BELT w/ WAVE LOGO.

The red plastic square measures about 4 inches x ¾ inch not including the silver hook. The large silver tone chain is 36 inches long. Belt is in excellent, mint condition and has never been worn or used. The red square is covered with its original clear plastic sheath that has shielded it from scratches for 43 years.
