For sale is a lot of four (4) PIZZA HUT PLASTIC HAND PUPPETS depicting the image of the cartoonish looking character “PETE,” who was used by Pizza Hut, the Kansas restaurant chain founded in 1958 by Dan and Frank Carney, to promote their brand. This plastic hand puppet was designed in the 1970’s and features the second version of the popular “Pete” advertising character. This promotional giveaway was offered free to children who were guests of the Pizza Hut chain of restaurants.

This lot of four (4) Pizza Hut “Pete” hand puppets features two (2) hand puppets in mint, unused condition and two (2) hand puppets in very good condition. Made of thin plastic, all of the colors of these vintage items remain vibrant and vivid.
