This is a rare vintage Christmas figural ornament with SNOOPY, the popular character from the PEANUTS comic strip, leaning against a large chocolate ice cream cone. Snoopy is ready to be hung up on the Christmas tree by the gold tone loop that sits at the top of the fine porcelain ornament. The green label on the base of the figure states, “Snoopy c 1958, 1966 // United Feature Syndicate, Inc. // Made in Japan.” This rare ornament measures 2.5 inches tall. A truly gorgeous piece, with vibrant colors, it is in mint condition, with no chips or cracks. The only flaw is a small half inch portion is missing of the green label on the base.
