Wendy’s Hamburger Restaurants’ classic 1984 television commercial “Where The Beef” was part of an advertising campaign that was so popular it prompted the marketing of original Wendy’s copyrighted merchandise. This promotional item was not sold at the restaurant chain but sold in retail stores.
