Vintage paper cap made for JACK-IN-THE-BOX Chain Restaurant employees in the 1970’s. The outside of the cap is marked only on one side with the CLOWN LOGO on a RED background. Inside the cap is marked, “Cellucap, Philadelphia, PA 19140.” The stiff BROWN paper cap has RED trim, no netting, but features thin BEIGE tissue paper on the top.
The cap measures 11 ¼ inches x 5 ½ inches, and can be adjusted to fit a head size from 6 7/8 inches to 7 5/8 inches. This hat is unused and is in excellent condition, except for normal aging and edge wear, along with a few light wrinkles in the beige tissue paper at the top.
