McDONALDLAND COMICS No. 102, 1976, Starring RONALD McDONALD and ALL HIS PALS was published as a Promotional Advertising Giveaway for the McDonald’s Operators Association of Southern California by Sponsored Comics, Inc.
McDonaldland was a fantasy world used to market McDonald’s Restaurants. The characters of McDonaldland included Ronald McDonald, Hamburglar, Grimace, Captain Crook, and the Professor. The characters also formed the architecture of the playground equipment on the grounds of many of McDonald’s Restaurants. McDonaldland and all the characters except Ronald McDonald were dropped from the chain’s advertising and marketing promotions in 2003.

Full color comic, with 7Up advertising, includes drawings to color, games, puzzles, magic, and stories to read. This listing is for 2 comics, each sold separately.
