COCA-COLA NO-DRIP BOTTLE PROTECTOR BAGS 1940’S Two (2) Different Vintage Ephemera

Set of two (2) Coca-Cola No-Drip Bottle Protector Bags from the 1940’s. These authentic original No-Drip Bottle Protector Bags are also known as Paper Dry Servers. Each bag is a thin paper sleeve featuring the large red and white Coca-Cola color logo on a cream colored background with red and green graphics.

One Coca-Cola No-Drip Bottle Protector pictures a lady carrying a tray of food, and bears the slogan, “So Refreshing with Food.” The other Coca-Cola No-Drip Bottle Protector pictures a smiling woman who is holding a bottle of Coke while relaxing in a chair; it bears the slogan, “Take a Minute to Refresh.”

These Coca-Cola No-Drip Bottle Protectors were made by the No Drip Company, originally from Dallas, Texas, until they relocated to Chicago, Illinois. The last stated patent date on each bag is 1932.

A Coca-Cola bottle was placed into the thin paper sleeve from the top of the bag. Then, the bottom of the bag, which was open, was folded over to keep the icy cold water from the Coca-Cola bottle (that was chillin’ in the coolers!) from getting your hands or clothes wet.

Each bag measures 4 inches x 6 ¾ inches. Both of these bags are in excellent, clean, unused condition, and have no rips, folds, marks, or tears. They are slightly discolored due to the natural aging process of the paper.
